HOME インフォメーション 詳細 【11/13-17開催】第10回3Ｒ国際会議（第10回DNA複製・組換え・修復に関する国際会議）のご案内 2016年07月05日 東京都医学総合研究所の正井久雄先生から3R国際会議のご案内を頂きましたので、お知らせ致します。 放射線影響学会の関係者のみなさまへ 平成28年11月13日～17日の5日間、第10回3Ｒ国際会議（第10回DNA複製・組換え・修復に関する国際会議）を 島根県松江市に於きまして開催する運びとなりました。3R国際会議は日本発の国際会議として、 染色体複製・組換え・修復の分野を統合して議論することを目的とし、1997年に開始され、今回記念すべき 10回目を迎えます。 下記のホームページにもありますように、今回の会議には、すでにCold Spring Harbor Laboratory(コールドスプリングハーバー研究所)のPresident、Bruce Stillman博士をはじめ32人におよぶこの 分野のトップの研究者に参加していただけることになっております。 本国際会議は染色体の継承、安定性の維持、組換え、変異の誘導、DNA損傷修復などを中心に議論を行い、 その研究分野は、がんなどの疾患の発生原理の解明と直接的に関連するとともに、新規創薬・診断法の開発 などとも密接に関係し、医学、薬学の分野からも大きな関心が寄せられております。これほどの人数の世界的 な研究者が一堂に会する会議は、国際的にも極めて稀であり、このような会議を日本で開催することにより、 我が国の大学院生、若い研究者が、世界のトップの研究者と直接 討議し、交流できる大変貴重な機会を提供 できると考えています。 submitされたabstractの中から多くのplatform presentationを選択する予定であり、みなさまのご研究を世界の 最先端の研究者にアピールするよいチャンスであると考えます。 また、松江は歴史的にも興味ふかい観光地で、会議の途中に、出雲大社、松江城、Vogel Park Flower Garden など種々のattractionも企画しており、会議以外にも多いに楽しでいただけるものと確信しております。学生さん は登録費用を割引して おりますので、ぜひ多くの学生さんにも参加していただき、世界のトップの研究者との discussionを楽しんでいただきたいと思います。 ぜひ皆様、ご参加くださるようお願い申し上げます。 Dear all: (I truly apologize if you received this or related mails multiple times) 10th International 3R (Replication, Recombination and Repair) Symposium will be held on Nov 13-17, 2016 at Matsue. Matsue is a beautiful, old city by the Japan sea with a very old Izumo Grand Shrine (one of the most ancient and important Shinto shrines in Japan) and a beautiful Shinji Lake as well as very nice hot springs and the Matsue castle. There is also a world heritage, Iwami Ginzan Silver Mine and its Cultural Landscape, nearby. In the 10th 3R meeting, we are planning to have talks of invited speakers as well as platform presentations selected from the submitted posters, and regular poster presentation. We plan to have some excursions in the area as well as dinner receptions at a beautiful Japanese Garden Restaurant on a nearby island and at some other favorite locations. The main location of the meeting will be Hotel Ichibata. http://www.ichibata.co.jp/hotel/stay/english.html The registration/ abstract submission site for the 10th 3R Symposium is open now. http://3r2016.com Here are some important information for the meeting and for your registration and abstract submission. ● Registration You first need to register for the meeting. After completion of your payment for the registration, you will be able to submit your abstract. Along the way of your registration, you will be asked to select your options for excursions and so forth. ● Abstract submission After completion of registration and payment, you will be able to submit your abstract at the “Abstract Submis sion” site. ● Deadline of registration Registration (including payment) Advance (cheaper): October 13, 2016 (EST of USA) Late: October 27. 2016 (EST of USA) Abstract submission: September 13, 2016 (EST of USA) (Cancellation fee after registration is completed will be 10,000 yen before October 13, and there will be no refund for cancellation after October 14) ● Access to Meeting place (Hotel Ichihata) Most of you would fly into Izumo or Yonago Airport. You can get some information on the domestic flights on the “Access to Matsue” tab in the HP. From both airport, it will take 40-60 min to the hotel. Izumo Airport (JAL will flu in) 80 minutes from Haneda Airport to Izumo Airport / 55 minutes from Itami(Osaka) Airport to Izumo Airport / 70 minutes from Fukuoka Airport to Izumo Airport 30 minutes from Izumo Airport to Hotel Ichibata by taxi 40 minutes from Izumo Airport to Matsue Shinji-ko Onsen station (destination) by airport Limousine bus (This is recommended. The limousin bus waits for the arrival of the flights, so you will not miss them. This bus will go to the hotel by way of JR Matsue station, and thus, if you stay at a hotel near the station, you can get off the bus at the JR Matsue station as well.) 3 minutes from Matsue Shinji-ko Onsen station to Hotel Ichibata on foot. (Matsue Shinji-ko Onsen is really close to the hotel) Yonago Airport (ANA will fly in) 80 minutes from Haneda Airport to Yonago Airport 60 minutes from Yonago Airport to Hotel Ichibata by taxi 45 minutes from Yonago Airport to JR Matsue station by airport Limousine bus (recommended), 18 minutes from JR Matsue station to Matsue Shinji-ko Onsen station by route bus, 3minutes from Matsue Shinji-ko Onsen station to Hotel Ichibata on foot. (There is no bus that directly brings you to Matsue Shinji-ko Onsen station. The bus will go to the JR Matsue station and you will need to change the bus. The bus leaves JR Matsue station for the Matsue Shinji-ko Onsen station every 15 min until 19:44. You can take taxi from JR Matsue station to the hotel, which will cost you ~1,000 yen and take ~10 min. Taxies are usually stationed in front of the JR Matsue station) Warning for foreign visitors If you fly in Narita or Kansai or Chubu international airport, you will have to move to local airport (Haneda or Itami or Komaki) to take a plane to Izumo or Yonago Airport. ● Accommodations Registration fee does not include accommodation. Please look at the accommodation tab in the HP for more information. There are many hotels in Matsue city, but November is a tourist season and you should better start booking soon. Hotel Ichibata, Hotel Hakucho and Matsue New Urban Hotel are the three hotels which are convenient and in which we have secured some rooms, but there are more options. You can visit the following English site to get more information on various hotels. http://www.visit-matsue.com/info/lodging.html Some hotels (like those near Tamatsukuri Onsen) are quite far from the hotel Ichihara. Before you reserve you should check how far the hotel is from the Hotel Ichihara. (There will be more information on hotels in the HP soon; please keep checking) For foreign visitors, I understand it may not be easy to book rooms in Japan in some occasions.
